Marco Bonesini is Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Trueblue.
When Marco entered the IT market in the food industry in 1990, his entrepreneurial spirit was already remarkable. After three years, he founded Blue Chip, an IT solution provider focused on the sales management divisions of pharmaceutical companies.
Blue Chip quickly became a leader in the solutions for sales force automation and analytic systems.
On the strength of his success in the Italian market, Marco started to focus on the growth of Blue Chip in other European markets. In 2000, he sold Blue Chip to IBM Canada.
After a short stay at IBM, Marco in 2003 decided to go back to his roots and with Michele Barana founded Trueblue.
When the company reached the local leadership in 2010, Marco pursued a strategy for the company’s growth in international markets.
Marco is responsible for the overall corporate strategy and the sales and marketing functions at Trueblue.
Michele Barana is Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder at Trueblue.
Michele graduated from the University of Verona in 1998 with a degree in Information Technology. He concluded his studies with a Masters degree at the University of Twente, in Holland.
In 1999 he joined Blue Chip, in the R&D division.
In 2003, he co-founded Trueblue with Marco Bonesini, with the clear objective of developing Business Intelligence and CRM solutions for the Pharma industry through innovative projects and products. Michele is responsible for the overall operations and R&D function of the company. He is credited for the development of most of the products and solutions that Trueblue offers today.
Mario Settino joined Trueblue in February 2019 as Executive Vice President Corporate Development and CFO. He has over 35 years of financial and operational experience in various industries such as services, manufacturing, retail and high-end technology.
He has served in senior financial and management positions in several companies including, CFO of Miranda Technologies, a leading supplier of technology solutions to the global broadcast market, Senior Vice President Finance at Loblaws, Canada’s largest retailer, Vice President Finance at Bombardier Aerospace and a corporate development position with LGS (an IBM company).
Mario is a chartered professional accountant (CPA) who began his career at Deloitte and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Concordia University and a Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from McGill University.
Ricardo Paixão Marques is a business leader with broad experience in life sciences, having worked in a wide range of Therapeutic Areas (Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Rheumatology, Oncology, Diabetes, among others) and geographies, from both an headquarter and local perspective (EU5, Canada, Turkey and Middle East). He is a dynamic, wellorganized and effective manager with a hands-on mentality and with extensive experience in marketing, sales, commercial excellence and Management Consulting. Ricardo carries a proven track record delivering exceptional business results by leading cross-functional teams through a broad variety of business challenges – rewarded with a strong career progression within the companies he served.
Lived in Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and Italy, and reported to different corporate structures based in the US, Spain, UK, Switzerland and Italy.
Mirco Zandonà’s professional career in the IT Industry began in 1997 with Blue Chip where he was hired in the services area, and joined Trueblue in 2003.
Over the last 22 years he has worked with large pharmaceutical companies, performing various roles such as customer support, project and account management, customer implementations and roll-out of new products in Italy and abroad. Mirco’s in depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and his leadership skills have been critical in the growth of Trueblue. Currently, as VP Operations, Mirco is responsible for all customer related activities.
Corrado Corsini has more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare market and related IT services. He has held senior sales positions in both American and European companies focusing in selling CRM and Business Intelligence Services to life sciences companies.
Corrado joined Trueblue in 2008, firstly taking care of the development of both the local market and the sales team. Due to his extensive experience in selling new and existing products and his ability to highlight their added value, he is currently focused on developing international markets and partnerships.
Stefano Peroli stands out for his ability to bring innovation to the company, finding quick and easy-to-use solutions to customers’ daily problems.
Stefano started his career in 2008 – after his studies – as an IT Consultant for a manufcaturing and service company. In his role he worked with major Italian companies, where he gained extensive knowledge in IT implementation and solutions.
In 2011 Stefano joined Trueblue as a Software Developer and from the beginning he played an important role in the development of the first mobile CRM for the pharma industry.
Thanks to his vision and passion for technology, he quickly progressed within Trueblue and was named Supervisor of the Development team and afterwards R&D Team Leader.
Since he started his career at Trueblue, Stefano has contributed to the company’s innovative products Including the latest product M.A.R.C. – the first Pharma Pocket Expert – that is a real vertical assistant for the pharma industry, thus revolutionising the way of working.
Massimo Paglierini began his professional career in 1999 at Blue Chip and was one of the first employees of Trueblue when it was founded. He started in the services area and progressed to software development where he was involved with major projects with large pharma clients.
In 2006 he joined the sales team as Account Manager and in 2018 became a Sales Manager.
Alberto Carli is one of the first employees of Trueblue.
When he finished his studies he shortly worked at the IT Department of the University of Verona. He then joined Blue Chip, as member of the Customer Service team and in a short time was promoted as a Customer Service Manager.
With his experience earned working closely with large pharma companies, he has achieved a high level of competencies in functional areas such as Business Operation, Sales Force Effectiveness and analytics.
Since 2016 Alberto has been leading the Subject Matter Expert (SME) department which provides our clients with operational and strategic consulting services.
